Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

Perfect Stranger Designs parts typically ship within 1–10 business days, depending on product availability and inventory.

Although we maintain a large inventory, certain products may occasionally be out of stock or placed on backorder. If this occurs, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you and provide the available options.

Depending on availability, your order may be:

• Drop-shipped: The product will ship directly from the manufacturer to you, which can help reduce overall shipping time.
• Backordered: The product will ship directly from Perfect Stranger Designs once it becomes available.

Made-to-order products may require 6 weeks or more for production. Made-to-order products may include crash cages, subcages, triple clamps, stunt clip-ons, scrape bars, subframes, frames, and other specialty parts manufactured by stunt companies.

Please note: Product availability and shipping times may vary by manufacturer. All drop-ship and backordered items are shipped via ground service.

Will I receive all of my parts at the same time?

Not necessarily.

In some cases, it may be faster and more efficient to have certain products drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer rather than waiting for the products to arrive at our facility before shipping them to you.

Due to the high demand and turnover of our products, we cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock at all times. When necessary, we may utilize drop-shipping to get your parts to you as quickly as possible.

My order says "Fulfilled." Has it been shipped?

Not necessarily.

Our order management system does not provide a separate "Processing" status. Once an order is placed, it may automatically display as "Fulfilled" while the order is still being processed.

The "Fulfilled" status does not necessarily mean that your order has shipped.

You will receive shipping information when your order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final.

In certain circumstances, we may allow an order to be canceled at our discretion. Approved cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Made-to-order products cannot be canceled after 48 hours from the time the order is placed.

Approved refunds for cancellations will be issued in the form of store credit only.

If we are unable to fulfill your order because a product is backordered, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable, you will receive a full refund.

Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), and Mexico, who are 18 years of age or older.

To enter without making a purchase, email sales@psd.parts to request a non-purchase entry form. The completed entry form must be returned as instructed to qualify for entry.

Safety & Use Disclaimer

Perfect Stranger Designs does **not recommend, endorse, or condone the use of any products we sell for illegal riding, unlawful activities, or unsafe behavior.

Any stunts or riding demonstrations referenced or depicted by Perfect Stranger Designs are performed by experienced professionals, on closed courses or controlled environments, with appropriate supervision and safety personnel.

Do not attempt to recreate any stunt, maneuver, or activity shown or referenced by Perfect Stranger Designs.

By purchasing products from us, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the proper, legal, and safe use of those products and assume all responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, or destruction involving yourself, your property, or the property of others.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or defective and the item must be returned, Perfect Stranger Designs will cover the cost of return shipping.

A return shipping label will be provided when the return is approved.

Any issues with an order must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.
